1. From 1993 to 2003, Hong Kong Zhenxiong Group and Guangzhou Machine Tool Research Institute (formerly a directly affiliated enterprise of the Ministry of Machinery Industry of China) jointly established Zhengao Company, specializing in the production of die-casting machines.

2. In the only national product quality supervision and inspection in 1996, it ranked among the top.

3. In 2002, it was rated as a reliable brand with excellent quality for die-casting machines by the China Technical Supervision Information Association.

4. From 2003 to 2008, Hong Kong Zhenxiong Group withdrew from its capital stock and retained its technology shares, which were then held by Guangzhou Institute of Mechanical Science (China Machinery Equipment Group) with a 75% stake, while the remaining shares were composed of Australian and American capital.

5. In 2004, it was rated as a national quality inspection qualified product by the China Quality Inspection Association.

6. The "Fast Energy saving Furnace" independently designed and manufactured in 2005 was awarded the National Utility Model Patent Certificate.

7. Passed CE certification in 2005.

8. In 2006, it was awarded the title of Guangdong Province Famous Brand Product.

9. Passed ISO9001 in 2009.

10. From 2009 to May 2012, it was wholly owned by Guangzhou Institute of Mechanical Science (China Machinery Equipment Group).

11. In September 2012, it was fully acquired by Mr. Bao Helin, Chairman of Guangzhou Huayan Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and renamed as Guangzhou Zhen High Pressure Casting Machine Co., Ltd., continuing to serve new and old customers.
